Need help with my hair!! =)?

Its brown, and i want a blue or pink hightlight/s in it, but i go to school so it cant be too in your face, but i want people to see it? Also i dont think my parenst would let me,but oh well xD.

ALSO

I have really wavy hair and when i wake up its super curly, but i straighten it every day and i know the tongs are seriously ruining my hair (even though i use protector), what could i do to my hair so i dont ruin it? I have a fringe btw and it HAS to go with my fringe. I have bebo so i might put it on here if you want to look at my hair to judge. Any comments big or small will help immensly.

First go normal and ask people [or your friends] what they would think if they say sure good but ask just in case they think your a freak. And not to attractive like a mohawk or crazy but good luck!

do some fun coloring in the underneath layers! that way it's not too in your face and if you like it you can go ahead and do the whole head. Also use a straightening shampoo and deep condition once a week to help salvage your hair!
