i use the herbal essence shampoo %26amp; conditioner dangerously straight. it makes my hair smoother but not flat. how do i make my hair flatter and less poofy? my hair is layered and the shorter ones always fly up and when i flat iron my hair still looks really big and poofy which is really annoying. i want flat, straight, thin hair.
