2. Get your hair wet then french braid it and hairspray it so it doesnt fall out

3.Put your hair in a messy bun and like put little braids in it.

ponytail, half ponytail, bun, messy bun, pin everything up randomly.

you can also do this thing where you put it in a ponytail and divide into 2 sections then twist one around the other, secure with pins, then twist the other one around and secure with pins. its kinda like pinning everything up randomly, except a little different.

Can my wife condition her hair the same day she had it permed?

My wife just did a home hair perm trying for big bouncing curls and she ended up with a spriral perm that is gummy and breaking, can she deep condition it now even though it's only been an hour or will it pull the curl out?

Can my wife condition her hair the same day she had it permed?

The box should tell you.

Generally, you can't get permed hair super wet for 2 days. But a leave-in conditioner (a cream) might do the job.

If it undoes the perm, what's the big deal? She doesn't like it anyways...

Can my wife condition her hair the same day she had it permed?

No. She might as well cut it off and let it grow back out.

Can my wife condition her hair the same day she had it permed?

No because, you cannot wash your hair for atleast 24 hours so there is no way to condition it unless you you silk therapy or another vitamin based conditioner used outside of the shower.

Can my wife condition her hair the same day she had it permed?

she can't get it wet for 24 hours.

Can my wife condition her hair the same day she had it permed?

SHe can't get it wet at all!

THe best thing she can do at this point is to wait the recommended two days. Deep conditioning it will do no good right now. If anything it will do more harm than anything else because it will be more stress added to the hair. The hair has beent through alot and needs to rest. Tell her to please wait ....wear a cap for a few days and then deep condition. Just hand in there. It will be worth it to wait. Hard to wait but worth it. BUT please don't do anything for at least 48 hours....

Can my wife condition her hair the same day she had it permed?

IF SHE CONDITIONS IT THE CURL WILL COME OUT..BUT I'LL TAKE A WHILE...SAME THING HAPPENED TO MY NEIGHBOR AND SHE HAS TO CONDITION IT AND CUT IT EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE SO HER HAIR CAN COME BACK TO NORMAL=)

Can my wife condition her hair the same day she had it permed?

Normally when i do something chemically drastict to my hair (in your instance the perm) i wait a few days before i wash, rinse, or condition my hair.

If she rinses, washes, or conditions the hair within 48 hours of the perm then there is a greater chance that the perm will come out. I advise her to wait for a few days before she conditions it, but if the perm is THAT bad she might as well just condtion it now.

Can my wife condition her hair the same day she had it permed?

The worst it would probably do is LOOSEN the curls, and that sounds like what she wants. I got perms for 15 years and always had them washed and conditioned after the curlers were taken out. Never hurt my perms. If her hair is breaking, I think I would rather lose the curl and put a hot oil treatment on it to try to save the hair. Re-perm a couple of months from now and try to save up enough money to have it done professionally.

Can my wife condition her hair the same day she had it permed?

Since she isn't allowed to wash her hair, I say no. I wouldn't put any more chemicals on it for the next 48-72 hours, since the hair has been tortured through a perm. She cannot get it wet, since the ammonium thyglocolate will be deactivated. Don't get it wet for at least another 48 hours. If you do, your hair will be straight in some spots and curly in others--NOT GOOD. In the future, go to a stylist to get permed. It's expensive, yes, but well worth it.

Can my wife condition her hair the same day she had it permed?

NO she might lose her hair from all the stuff in them wait 24hrs

Can my wife condition her hair the same day she had it permed?

No, you're not supposed to get your wet for a least 72 hours.

Can my wife condition her hair the same day she had it permed?

First of all a few questions , you say her hair is gummy and breaking , Has she had any color process done to her hair or even tried using Sun In in the past?

This would account for the gumminess. In which case the only answer would be to cut the hair , because the hair has basicly melted and even the deepest conditioning would not help.

In any case the hair should not be shampooed or conditioned for at least 48 hours.

Growing out layered hair?

I used to have really short hair, but my ears are big so I decided I wanted a kind of 1966 Beatles look to it. I started growing it out but it's just been awful. It used to be layered and so some of the hairs over my ears are really short, others (mainly in front of an behind the ears) are long. The back of it is really weird, it's nearly shoulder length and tends to split into three parts (which looks terrible!). The worst part is when I walk to class, the wind ALWAYS catches in my hair and makes it flare out like wings. No matter how I fix it, by the time I get to class I always look stupid. I decided to go get a trim to lose some of the layers and to let the rest catch up, but this only made the sides and the back curl inwards, which makes my hair look like a bowl cut for a woman or something. Is there anything I can do? Should I just wear something on it until it gets super long and then cut it back from there? I know it's possible to have long hair and it not look stupid.....

Growing out layered hair?

An excellent haircut to get to try and grow it out is and inverted bob, one good rule of thumb is to make sure your sides are always longer than your back (otherwise you get a mullet) so if you get any of these styles just keep the back trimmed to help you grow it out with confidence.

Short hair and round face?

Don't get it cut shorter, it will just make your face look bigger. Let it grow out, get long layers, and thickening shampoo and conditioner. Ask your stylist for a good shampoo and conditioner or get Mane 'n Tail.

Get it trimmed once every 6-8 weeks (just 1/2 inch) to keep it healthy. When you let it grow out, keep it no longer than between your elbow and shoulder.

Do you have to have a certain "attitude" to have scene hair?

im thinking of cutting my hair in a mullet style (i am a girl) or starting to just make it really big. but i do not normally act like the typical "scene/emo" person, i am very kind and tend to be bubbly most of the time. i am a big fan of the hair, that's it. could i pull off the scene hairstyle without seeming like a poser? i could really care less about what others think, but i just want some input. thanks

Do you have to have a certain "attitude" to have scene hair?

I am so sick of these scene hair questions! It's a lifestyle, it's a way you are, it's about music and not fashion and all of you poser people that have to follow crowds and have no individuality ruined it all for us truly original people.

Do you have to have a certain "attitude" to have scene hair?

Wow, poser. You can't have scene hair when you're not scene, it automatically makes you a poser.

And it's "couldn't" care less.

Do you have to have a certain "attitude" to have scene hair?

Your main concern shouldn't be about being a "poser", be more worried with whether the cut will suit your face shape, and how easy it will be for you to maintain. People who know you and your bubbly personality would certainly not consider you a poser, and for the people who don't, who really cares what they think? I say go for it.

How do i get curly hair like this?

and this

plz help ..i have a curling iron but itz a small size not a big one ...plz help...my hair is semi curly/wavy and ver frizzy...plz help i really want this style

How do i get curly hair like this?

section your hair into little pieces. take one piece put it in the curling iron as close to your hear (or however high you want the curl to start) then just wrap your hair around the iron, dont turn the iron around your hair. the curls should come out all different and should look like the pick. make sure to use some styling product so the curls will stay

How do i get curly hair like this?

You're born with it.

If not...lots of product, different size curling irons, shine oil/spray.

`

How do i get curly hair like this?

okay i have very stright hair naturally. buttt. i use this stuff cause aussie sprunch spray. it works soooo amazing!! i get out of the shower comb it out and spray it in and scrunch it and keep spraying aand crunching till its dry. it may not be the exact style you want but it work soooo good!!!

How do i get curly hair like this?

That's how I have my hair now too. If you don't mind it being perment, get a perm but ask for a spiral and you'll come out with really pretty curls.

How do i get curly hair like this?

ringlet07 is a great product you can get it at j.c. pennys put it on while your hair is still wet (don't put it in the roots) and scrunch your hair with hands. Do not brush hair after it drys cause it might get frizzy (my does that) only brush when wet. hope that works 4 ya!

How do i get curly hair like this?

Okay well first you should try to hot roller it and while those are in your hair you should plug in your curling iron. after the hot rollers are done take them out (obviously) then fix the pieces that you don't like with the curling iron! its really easy and takes probably no less than 30 min..unless you have a lot of hair.

p.s if you have bangs and they aren't working with your look try to pull them back into a small poof giving a cute and classy look with all of your curls!

Wanting Emo Hair...?

I have shoulder length brown hair, and I want an emo hair style.

Like, a big fringe across my left eye, dyed blonde and a streak of the fringe dyed turquoise blue.

Sorta like this:

http://photobucket.com/mediadetail/?medi...

What would you recomend?

Wanting Emo Hair...?

Omg, that pic is sooo hawt. I love it. I think that I like the idea of the turquoise streak, it sounds sexy. But still, if you wanted to work, they might not accept you because of it. So, maybe stick with the blonde and brown, it's way cute. I also think you should grow your hair a little longer until you decide to cut it. Then, take it to a stylist (the picture).

Wanting Emo Hair...?

i like it personaly. but if u dont have the face for it , then dont do it cuz it will just look really badd

Wanting Emo Hair...?

eh...i don't recommend emo hair my dear.

Wanting Emo Hair...?

blue hair makes you look too freaky...what if you want work?

just go with regular honey blonde..

Wanting Emo Hair...?

Take that pic to a stylist. :]

Wanting Emo Hair...?

Take the photo to the hairdressers, she will cut choppy layers in.

To get it kinda big you have to tease it n stuff, so remember to look after it =]

I think it will look really nice.

Wanting Emo Hair...?

Take that picture to your hair stylist. I have that kind of hair and I get alot of compliments. But my hair's dyed black/reddish-brown

Wanting Emo Hair...?

i think that hairstyle is cute but if u want more hairstyles here u go!! http://photobucket.com/images/scene%2520...

Wanting Emo Hair...?

uh, take the picture to the stylist?

edit: and ew that's not even emo, that's SCENE. god, if you're gonna label at least get them right.

Wanting Emo Hair...?

ughh its really good for people to be diffrent but thats dumb that everyone thinks they have to look the same and all be emo common...

Wanting Emo Hair...?

okay first of all, its not EMO hair.

its scene hair.

emo is a style where people cut themselves and are depressed.

scene is when your not depressed, and have hair like that and are usually very happy.

its scene not emo.

but anyways yes, thats a very cute hair style.

i actually know that girl in the picture.

her hair is different now though.
